Red Juice TV Blood is about a group of film students from Calcutta who are making their final year thesis film. On the last night of the shoot, a minor catastrophe occurs on set - they run out of fake blood while shooting the climactic murder scene.

Now, with their main actor scheduled to leave town the next morning, they are forced to go blood-hunting across the city at night. The comically desperate plight of the characters is contrasted by a languid camera that follows them around as they get embroiled in a mad night-long adventure.

A scene from my short film TWISTED, BITTER

A zany satire on how Indian filmmakers are constantly plagiarizing from Hollywood. It tells the story of a director and his crew as they go on a wild goose chase to retrieve a can of stolen film reels and the discoveries they make along the way.
